Our Approach
At Faith Palliative Care, we take a whole-person approach to our care. Not only do we aim to help our patients feel physically comfortable, but also emotionally, mentally, and spiritually well. Our team specializes in helping patients and their families navigate serious illnesses, offering support and guidance during difficult times.
Our Reach
Our palliative physicians and nurse practitioners serve the greater Grand Rapids area. Faith Palliative Care is the preferred palliative care provider for Mary Free Bed and U of M Health – West.
